Jonathan Harker Diary

I bid you welcome. Here is a collection of my archived writings set out before you and collectively referred to as the Jonathan Harker Diaries. The Jonathan Harker Diary is a collection of short stories, ghost tales and day to day experiences. Of course nothing is what it seems here in the ghostly world of Jonathan Harker, but amongst the strange and bizarre there are lighter moments which I shall write and share and sincerely hope you enjoy.

The Jonathan Harker Diaries - current edition

What really lurks in these diary pages

Read from my diary pages and let me tell you more of the strange world of Professor Edmund Katz and of Bleak House already mentioned in my previous entries. I have met as you will have read many interesting people in my time, indeed some bizarre characters, scary people, funny people, dark people, creative souls, artistic souls and haunted souls. Read all about them here for amongst the events are tales I have come across during my time living amongst this ghostly world. Let me share them with you.

Field Guide to Vampyres

Myth and Lore

Vampyres do not decompose and may be identified because of this fact. They appear as if newly dead when viewed in their coffins or when their corpses are taken out of the ground.

Field Guide to Vampyres

other lore

Vampyres must sleep by day and lie upon a protective layer of hallowed soil from their native land. While in their coffins during daylight they are in trance but are still aware of events around them while in this altered state.

Remember that no vampyre can cross the threshold of a home unless invited to do so. After that they can enter at will.
